VICTORY NUMBER THREE FOR HARRIS 06 June 2004 - Honda Racing Honda Racing’s Karl Harris dominated the British Supersport race at Thruxton today and in adding another win to his tally, also went to the top of the points table in the process. The 24-year-old Yorkshire rider made a great start to the 18-lap race and soon pulled a comfortable gap at the front. In fact, the only rider capable of staying with him in the early stages was his championship rival, Michael Laverty.

LAVERTY WINS AGAIN! 06 June 2004 - Honda Racing Eugene Laverty rode the perfect race at Thruxton to take his third win of the season and increase his British 125GP Championship lead. The 18-year-old Red Bull Rookies Honda rider got a great start to today’s race and led for the first two laps before defending champion Michael Wilcox took the lead.

HARRIS ON POLE AGAIN! 05 June 2004 - Honda Racing Honda Racing’s Karl Harris claimed his third pole position of the season at Thruxton circuit today. The 24-year-old current British Supersport Champion posted his fastest lap of 1:17.614 in the first qualifying session of the day and no one was able to better this time – not only during the remainder of this session but also during the entire 40-minute afternoon qualifying session.

LAVERTY DOMINANT IN QUALIFYING 05 June 2004 - Honda Racing Red Bull Rookies Honda rider Eugene Laverty claimed his third consecutive pole position today at Thruxton with a stunning time of 1:21.181 – a quarter of a second inside the existing lap record and over half-a-second faster than anybody else. The championship leading Ulsterman – who celebrated his 18th birthday on Thursday – was delighted with his performance aboard the Red Bull Rookies Honda RS125. |
