SPEEDWAY NEWS AND FIXTURES 31.10.04
31 October 2004 - British Speedway Promoters Association

WOLVES star Sam Ermolenko has confirmed he has agreed terms with Swedish club Luxo Stars for next season - but he may still retire during the winter!

He said: ''I''m just a squad member for Luxo Stars, they know I can still go well around most of the Swedish tracks. ''They''ve put an early call in to get me in their squad but it doesn''t necessarily mean I''ll be racing.''

WORKINGTON will announce their new co-promoter and team manager on Monday - after Ian Thomas quit to move to Belle Vue. Comets owner Tony Mole has been in negotiations with the mystery man for the past fortnight and a deal is close. Speculation has already linked Hull''s Eric Boocock, who has confirmed he is leaving Craven Park, with a move to Cumbria and Mildenhall''s Graham Drury.
