JEREMY JOLY FINISHES AMONG THE ELITE IN THE INDOOR ENDURO OF LYON

The French city of Lyon hosted the Indoor Enduro, this was the first race of this type that has been held in France, this same type of Indoor Enduro has been held in Barcelona, Genoa and Las Vegas.

In this inaugural race the current best Enduro riders were invited to participate, among them was the young Sherco factory rider Jeremy Joly who raced his factory prepared Sherco 2.5i. The course was extremely difficult and technical, consisting of a variety of rock steps, water crossings, sand, and many other obstacles. In this extreme test, Joly finished fifth in the elite classification heat. In the feature race, competing against the elite riders in the discipline, such as Despres and Guillaume, Joly finished in ninth place, a very good finish considering that this is the first time he has participated in this kind of race.

La ciudad francesa de Lyon acogió la primera edición del Enduro Indoor, primera prueba de estas características que se disputa en Francia y que se une a las que se disputan en Barcelona, Génova y Las Vegas. En la prueba gala, participaron los mejores pilotos de enduro del momento, entre los cuales el joven piloto de Sherco Jérémy Joly a los mandos de la Sherco 2.5i. En un recorrido realmente exigente, con variedad de dificultades como pasos por piedras, agua, arena, saltos, ángulos cerrados y muchos más elementos, configuraron una auténtica prueba extrema en la que Joly logró la quinta plaza en su manga de clasificación de la clase élite. En la gran final, con hombres de la talla de Despres, Guillaume, Joly logró la novena plaza, posición muy meritoria teniendo en cuenta que era su primera participación en una prueba de este tipo.
