SHANE Parker will be back in Bears colours for Kevin Little’s farewell meeting at Redcar’s South Tees Motorsport Park on April 5.
The Glasgow skipper was a huge favourite at the old Middlesbrough track in the 90s before the closure of Cleveland Park.
Little said: “Shane’s still a legend down here, I know that. He was an obvious choice for the team and I’m delighted he’s agreed to ride.

SPEEDWAY 2

GREAT Britain Under-21 boss Peter Oakes has named a 10-man squad for next month’s test match with Denmark.
The meeting takes place at Oxford on Sunday, March 18, and will prove to be a good early season! test for the youngsters.
SQUAD IN FULL: Lewis Bridger, Edward Kennett, Daniel King, William Lawson, Ben Wilson, James Wright, Joshua Auty, Ben Barker, Steve Boxall and Tai Woffinden.
