Alex De Angelis and Simone Corsi leave Australia with bitterness in their mouth. The MS Aprilia Italia Corse riders had not positively concluded the Phillip Island’s race.

The De Angelis bitterness stays to have thrown, guiltlessly, a competition that he saw him in second position. During the third lap of the race Stoner loses the control of his bike. De Angelis did’nt succeeding in avoiding it and literally jumps on Stoner bike.

Alex has had to retire himself because the due breakup of the front wheel into the impact with the Stoner bike.

''It was a pity - said De Angelis - we done a good job this week end and I could try to win.. However I want to thank the team for the good job done, now we’ve two race to go and I want to be always protagonist.''

Simone Corsi passed the chess flag in sixteenth position, out of the points. The Roman rider that started from the fourth line with the sixteenth time succeeded in the initial phases of the race in fighting for the twelfth position.

''I have not succeeded in holding the rhythm - said Courses - and the group has absorbed me. I like this circuit but with the 250 it is really difficult.''

Alex and Simone leave Phillip Island with zero earned points. De Angelis slips in eighth position to 129 points, while Corsi is twelfth with 59 points.
