SIMONCELLI NOT SO FAR FROM THE POLE
30 April 2005 - Aprilia

Marco Simoncelli improved his yesterday’s lap time up to graze the pole position with the time 2\''13\''631 to 96 millesimis from the good time of day.

''I didn\''t believe to go so strongly - said Marco - we have had so little time to try. Yesterday the first session has been on the dry, while for the official we have turned with the dampness.''

''I would have been able to do better - explains Simoncelli - but I have found some traffic that has slow down me. For tomorrow\''s competition, we hope that the time doesn\''t worsen, but I know to be able to do well. The bike is ok, we have only to sharpen the settings of the gear box and for the suspensions.''

Some difficulties for Mattia Pasini, still not at the most of the confidence on the Chinese track, for him the 15° time (2\''16\''259). Hector Faubel (Master Aspar Team) that finished in second place at Estoril has succeeded in placing his RS 125 in tithe plaza (2\''15\''489).
