PROVISIONAL POLE FOR PASINI, Mattia Pasini in provisional pole to Montmelo with the time 1\''52\''009. The Italian rider of the Totti top sport NGS team dominated the first qualifying session in the Gp of Catalunya with an advantage on the pursuing forehand of 0.310s. ''The motorbike already goes strong - has said Mattia - today we have not gone to look for the absolute performance, rather we were to the search some solutions for the race.\'' The Mattia’s RS 125 has been the fastest in footstep with 231,9 km/hs however. ''Today conditions were not ideal for the 125 - it continues Pasini - the wind didn\''t help, however we have succeeded to try a lot of solutions and in sight of the race and I’m quite confident for Sunday. The Aprilia is giving me an helping hand but the bike goes already fast, we’ve to work now on the suspensions.\'' Marco Simoncelli smiles that also with the time 1\''52\''397 to the third place of the provisional grid of the Gp of Catalunya. ''I am happy - said Simoncelli - because we have tried some solutions looking for the race but we’ve to set better the front. I like a lot this circuit that is good for the Aprilias, tomorrow we will try to go even more before.''
