HONDA PLEDGES MOTORCYCLE INSURANCE BENEFITS
23 February 2004 - Honda (UK)
Honda (UK) has today launched a new insurance scheme for both new and used motorcycles and scooters to offer its customers highly competitive premiums alongside its new, ‘Good to Go’ on-the-road prices.
Honda Insurance will be available throughout Honda’s UK dealer network. Customers will be able to receive quotes in the dealer showroom and cover can be immediate, allowing them to ride away on their new machine with the minimum of fuss and delay. In addition to an introductory offer on Honda’s CB900 Hornet and VFR800 models, Honda Insurance also features special 125cc rates which will prove very attractive to new riders. Customers can contact Honda Insurance directly on 0870 0780 101 or via their local Honda motorcycle dealer. Online quotations will shortly be available at www.honda.co.uk/insurance. ''This scheme is terrific for our customers both old and new,'' explained Matthew Stone, Honda (UK)’s Head of Commercial Operations. ''Honda Insurance premiums will be among the lowest available and the scheme means that the customer can ride away from the dealer after just one visit. ''We have also secured a guarantee that any insurance repair work is carried out by official Honda dealers,'' continued Stone, ''allowing the customer peace of mind that only fully-trained Honda technicians are working on their machine.''
