GADEA UNHARMED AFTER SCARY ACCIDENT
18 September 2005 - Aprilia

Mattia Pasini (Totti Top Sport) and Marco Simoncelli (NoCable Team) were the certain protagonists before the Japanese race but both had some problems.

Simoncelli was in battle when he crashes, while Pasini finished his race 5 laps before the expectation because of an accident that has involved Luthi and Sergi Gadea however. The Swiss rider (Elit Gran Prix), in the turn that precedes the end, lost the control of his bike that remained inside the track. Gadea has not been able to avoid the impact with the Luthi’s bike. The Spaniard has gone out uninjured from the accident, while Luthi has brought the dislocation of a hand.

Today Hector Faubel made his part to be a protagonist, he succeeded in climbing on the third step of the podium of the twelfth competition of the season 2005.

For the Spaniard it deals with the third podium of the year, previously he finished second both Portugal that in Holland.

\''This season is always being all right - said Faubel - an encouraging crescendo. Today\''s competition has decidedly been fought, the group was very ample, the positions continually changed. I am also satisfied about my result because this footstep is among the most difficult for us.\''

In a different mood is Mattia Pasini that finished the competition in fifth position after the exposure of the red flag. Pasini, adds now 11 points that are worth to consolidate his scene position in championship.

\''I am not happy as the race gone - said Pasini - but I am satisfied about all the job that me and the team made here. Motegi to me is an hard track and the fact to be able to stay in battle for the podium means that we worked at our best. I’m not totally in agree about the race stop, I have lost 5 turns that were able making a different way of this race.\''

With today\''s performance Aprilia consolidates his struggling battle for the Championship in the 125 with 212 points.
