PASINI IS BEHIND THE POLE
23 September 2005 - Aprilia

Mattia Pasini (Totti Top Sport NGS) is the best of the Aprilia riders on the circuit of Sepang after the second qualifying session for 125 class.

Pasini with his best lap time 2\''14\''837 will start tomorrow from the front row (second position to less than three decimate from the pole).

''We finished better than we started - said Mattia - the second best lap time is ok but I could also improve, it’ a sin that on the end has not succeeded in exploiting to the pole. For tomorrow’s race I am confident, after Japan, finished five laps before for the accident of Gadea and Luthi, I need to bring home much more points as possible. We hope only that tomorrow the warm one doesn\''t create us any problems.''

Little back, in second line, Mark Simoncelli (NoCable), will start with the fifth time (2\''15\''047).

''I believed that I would have succeeded in doing better - said Simoncelli - there is not however badly. Today I was sure to be faster than yesterday and I have been of over four tenth, but that has not been enough for to maintain the first row. Something still misses us to the engine but I am sure to be able to play with the best. Surely I’ll be able to ransom the competition of Japan for me ended with a crash. I don\''t see pilots in the track that can escape, it will be a beautiful competition.''

The bystander classified of the Gp of Japan, Hector Faubel (Master Aspar Team) will start from the third row with the time 2\''15\''343. The Simoncelli’s teammate, Joan Olive will be a little distant and will start from the twelfth position with the time 2\''15\''635.
