The “men of the house” that distinguished themselves were Gadea (the fastest with the time of 1’39”8) and Faubel (1’40”8). Mattia Pasini was also good as he stopped the chronometer with 1’41”0. Pasini is in his first outing with the Team Master Aspar, his 2006 international team.

Simone Corsi also raced his first laps atop the new Gilera 125. The Roman rider got in great experience with the new laboratory motorcycle that will be the base of the new 4-liter from Noale. Simone’s best was 1’45”5 and he completed 59 laps.
