FORMER Coventry skipper Andreas Jonsson is to make a rare British appearance - at Sam Ermolenko''s farewell meeting next month.
And that means Ermolenko has booked four of the world’s top five riders for the event at Wolverhampton’s Monmore Green Stadium on March 18.
''Andreas said he''d hoped I would call him and he''s looking forward to coming over here to do my meeting,'' said Ermolenko.

SPEEDWAY 2

JESPER B Jensen has won the backing of engine manufacturer Jawa.
Jensen’s former clubs Peterborough and Wolverhampton will face his 2007 side Oxford at the East of England Showground on March 25.
He said: “I’ve been extremely impressed with Jawa and changed all my equipment over to them in 2005. I’m sure their support will help to make the day a big success and I’m looking forward to it.”
