GRAND Prix organisers will be asked to select the wildcard for the British Grand Prix from the British Final on June 4.

Wolverhampton promoter Chris Van Straaten, who hosts the British Fi! nal, said: “I hope BSI will sanction the move to add more incentive to the meeting.

“If a place at Cardiff is the prize for the highest placed non-Grand Prix rider it would add even more competition to our meeting.”
