SPEEDWAY 1

FANS have given the exciting new Super7even series the thumbs up.
British Speedway’s biggest events have been relaunched and many will be on neutral tracks throughout the summer.
Series director Jonathan Chapman said: “The response has been staggering, we’ve had almost 10,000 views on the website and fans have been sending us their messages of approval. I never expected such a response after just one day.”

SPEEDWAY 2

IPSWICH have completed the signing of German international Tobias Kroner.
Kroner makes a return to Foxhall after a brief spell with the club towards the end of last season.
Witches rider/manager Chris Louis said: “We’re pleased to welcome Tobias back on board for the new season and I can confirm we are continuing to search for a suitable rider to complete the line-up. We’re determined to get things right.”

SPEEDWAY 3

SCUNTHORPE will stage a semi-final of the British Under-21 championship on April 15.
The Scorpions, who have made a sensational return to the sport in the past two seasons, have a reputation for developing youngsters.
Co-promoter Rob Godfery said: “This should be a terrific meeting because the top three lads from the final at Eastbourne will qualify automatically for the British Final which is one of the biggest events on the calendar.”
