West Coast Harley-Davidson Gears Up For Fifth Anniversary Celebrations

Calling all cowboys and cowgirls – West Coast Harley-Davidson is holding a birthday bonanza and it promises to be a high-kicking event. It will be celebration time at the Glasgow dealership on Saturday, October 30 as staff host a special ‘Ho’Down’ for its local Clyde Valley Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) customers and supporters to commemorate five years in business.

The fun-filled event will kick off at the showroom in North Street at midday. Guests will be asked to ditch their riding gear for fancy dress cowboy hats and boots to enjoy, and participate in, a whole host of entertainment including karaoke and a line dancing competition.

There will also be country and western style music courtesy of a live singer, a ‘quick draw’ competition and plenty of bangers and beans.

The anniversary celebrations at the dealership will continue until 5pm before the party atmosphere changes venue to the Lochinch Police Club for Clyde Valley H.O.G’s ticket only Hog’toberfeast.

This end of season bash for members will also mark the group and the dealership’s fifth anniversary. Attractions will include entertainment from the T’Rex Tribute Band, a disco, a charity parts auction, a hog roast and plenty of food and drink.

West Coast Harley-Davidson’s managing director Don Rutherford said: “It’s our fifth anniversary and we want to celebrate it in style with a huge party that everyone can enjoy – as long as they wear fancy dress of course!

“Both the dealership and the H.O.G chapter are very proud to reach this five-year milestone and we’re looking forward to another successful five years.”
