CAMERA MOUNTING KIT SW-Motech have designed the unit to mount directly onto the handlebar clamps, although it can be fixed to almost any other place where an M8 bolt is used. Fitting is simplicity itself; remove the original bolt, fix the ball adaptor, attach the clamp arm and then fit the RAM base plate to the other end. No special tools are needed, apart from a hex key. The camera simply screws securely onto the RAM mount base plate, which is produced using a patented design from the USA. When not in use, the clamp arm and base plate can be removed in seconds, leaving just the ball adaptor in situ. This is an extremely solid piece of kit that SW-Motech has tested at Hochenheim race circuit in Germany, ( see it on You Tube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j_crfubXg7g) so riders can be assured that it is safe at track speeds.
