SPEEDWAY 2 READING have completed their team for next season by announcing four signings at a fans'' forum at Smallmead. Skipper Greg Hancock, Travis McGowan and Sam Simota all return whilst Mark Lemon steps up after finishing 2006 as the club''s No.8. Co-promoter Jim Lynch said: ''We''re delighted to have put a team of this quality together, and it''s the team we wanted when we spoke about it at the end of last season.'' SPEEDWAY 3 WOLVERHAMPTON have signed Newcastle''s Carl Wilkinson to take a doubling-up spot at Monmore Green this season. Wilkinson will share a reserve berth with William Lawson having held a similar role with Ipswich in 2006. Wolves promoter Chris Van Straaten said: ''Carl had no hesitation in accepting our offer and he is very enthusiastic about this opportunity. He''s at the perfect age to make big strides forward.''
