Howe, who returns to the club after a year on-loan at Oxford, is hoping for a big season and he has a good record in this event. Newport promoter Tim Stone said: ''I''m really pleased with the line-up, it''s tough to pick a winner and we''re all looking forward to a cracking meeting.''
