Co-promoter Rob Godfery said: “Several lads will be riding at a higher level, so we feel we need a bigger squad for next season.”

ADAM Allott is set to overturn his decision to quit the sport.

Allott suffered back injuries when riding for Stoke Spitfires last season but now feels ready to return.

He said: “I’ve been watching some videos and feel I can still race competitively.
“My upper body feels much stronger now because of all the physio and exercising and I aim to be back for the 2008 season.”
