SPEEDWAY 1 BARRIE Evans is on his way back to Premier League Stoke to complete their 2007 team. He joins Garry Stead, Paul Pickering, Rusty Harrison, Robbie Kessler, Jack Hargreaves and Ben Barker in an exciting Potters line-up. Said Evans: ''I know what''s expected of me and it''s fine, I want to show Dave Tattum (Stoke promoter) he made the right choice in handing me a team place.'' SPEEDWAY 2 SHEFFIELD''S Ricky Ashworth is backing the Owlerton side for a successful 2007. Ashworth, who has signed a new two-year deal, claims last season''s Premier League runners-up are packed with potential. He said: ''There''s plenty of promise throughout the team and we''re all looking forward to a good season, I know there''s still a lot to come from me and I''m delighted to be staying with Sheffield.''
