2007 MANX GRAND PRIX
06 December 2006 - Isle of Man

18th August - 31st August 2007

The 2007 Manx Grand Prix sees motorcycle racing return to the Road Racing Capital of the World and features modern and classic bikes from 125cc to 1000cc racing around the 37 and three-quarter mile Snaefell Mountain Course otherwise used by everyday traffic. The record lap is 18 minutes 31.45 seconds, an average speed of 122.208mph, and competitors in each race cover four laps.

More relaxed than the TT, the MGP caters for enthusiasts of all ages, and away from the racing a more measured approach is taken to the supporting attractions such as vintage rallies, moto-cross, trials and sand racing. Between practising and racing there is Britain''s biggest national trial the Manx Two Day, while at the end of race week is the extremely popular Classic Two Day Trial for machines (and riders!) of yesteryear.
