STALKER AT STAFFORD SHOWGROUND
15 October 2004 - Foggy PETRONAS Racing

Chris ''The Stalker’ Walker is the guest of honour at this year’s Classic and Motorcycle Mechanics Show at Stafford County Showground this coming weekend, Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th October.

He will be available to chat to fans and sign autographs from the Mortons main stand all weekend and will also present the trophies at the prize-giving on Sunday afternoon.

Chris said, ''I''m well excited to be the show''s special guest! I''ve got an old British bike myself - a 1965 BSA Lightening Clubman - and there''s going to be 621 other old classic bikes I believe! The only possible down side to the weekend is that there''s an auction on Sunday so I may end up with more classic bikes to house in my lounge!''

Now in its 11th year, the show will focus on classic motorcycles from the 70s and 80s and will host the biggest collection of club stands and the largest collection of private entries yet seen in the UK.

Thousand''s of people will descend upon the showground over the two days to browse around the multitude of trade and autojumble stands, or to ogle the hundreds of awe-inspiring bikes.

Bidding will also be fast and fierce in the Bonhams auction room on Sunday as hundreds of bikes and items of motorcycling history will be put under the hammer.

The show gates open at 9am, closing at 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets cost £8.00 for adults, £5.00 for Senior Citizens and £2.00 for under-15s. Advance ticket sales is now closed but tickets will be available on the door.
