DUCATI BEST IN SHOW 24,000 readers of the Italian Motociclismo magazine have voted the Ducati 1098 as the best looking bike of the 2006 show. The new supersport bike got 30% of the votes, comfortably beating the MV Agusta Brutale 910R and the Yamaha YZF-R1. Another Italia bike, the Moto Guzzi Norge GTL 1200 was fourth. After the voting on the stand of Motociclismo, one voter was selected and won the Ducati 1098. The lucky one was 41 year-old female biker Libera Zanni who owns an Aprilia 650. She was awarded the new Ducati at the MotoLive stand at the Milan show by the editor of Motorciclismo Piero Bacchetti and by publisher Marco Riccardi.
