2006 Motorbike Show: more then half a million visitors!

Nothing can stop the success of the 64th International Motorbike Show. The rivalry from other major events, bad weather, strikes and even the blocking of traffic for smog problems cold not stop the 2006 show breaking every record for the number of visitors. 530,000 people packed the halls during the six days, beating the previous record of 2005 by 30,000.

''This amazing result is much more than we predicted. We have to be thankful to the Italian motorbike industry who loyally supported the show and focused on Milan'', the Director of EICMA Constantino Ruggiero said.
