MOTOLIVE BIG FINAL AT 2006 EICMA SHOW

The triathlon calls on the best bikers

Enthusiasm, fun loving and physically strong. They are the skills needed for the riders in the MotoLive outdoor arena but also by the thousands of visitors to the Milan International Motorbike show as they visit the stands in the huge halls.

There are people of all kinds and all ages with one even willing to walk on crutches to see the new motorbikes. There are also families and mothers with young children who have to accept their husbands casting an eye at the models posing on the motorbikes.

The most excited are the young children who know all about the new bikes and who stay glued on the stands looking at the latest new bikes.

There were surprised for everybody at the last day of the 2006 show.

The biggest hit was the Triathlon race in the MotoLive outdoor arena with the Cross, Enduro and Supermotard riders racing in a specially invented event.

The three-event race was the most difficult for the supermotard riders who slipped and struggled on the dirt tracks. The Cross and Enduro riders had the big advantage because their knobbly tyres could also handle the road. Fortunately h main objective was to have some fun and entertain the huge crowds.

The stars where the big names of two-wheels: Van Den Bosch, Jerome Giraudo of Aprilia, Max Manzo, Giorgio Grasso and the champion of champions Tony Cairoli, the biggest star of this star-studded 2006 EICMA show.
