HONDA GEARS UP TO GET DIRTY AND DOWN
14 November 2006 - Honda (UK)
2006 Dirt Bike Show, Stoneleigh Park 16-19 November
Honda is gearing up to get down and dirty for this year’s Dirt Bike Show which returns to Stoneleigh Park this November following last year’s record attendance figures. Fresh from its recent successes at the Weston Beach Race, Honda will be out in force on stand A15 where visitors will be able to get up close and personal to its impressive Sport ATVs. Having invented the All Terrain Vehicle back in the 1970s, 2006 marks the 21st birthday of Honda ATVs and its stand at the 2006 Dirt Bike Show more than demonstrates it’s still very much at the top of its game. A long-time favourite of the serious Sport ATV rider, check out Honda’s Sportrax 400EX, the perfect combination of class-leading performance and handling. With revised styling, an all-new reverse gear and newly revised gear ratios, the Sportrax 400EX takes Sport ATV technology to a whole new level. Then there’s the Sportrax 450R, perfectly designed to fit the unique demands of ATV racing. Boasting an engine based on the same technology as Honda’s winning CRF dirt bikes, it’s sure to be one of the show’s star attractions. Another guaranteed crowd-puller is multi-Quad MX and Enduro champion, Paul Winrow. Ranked as the UK’s top-placed ATV rider after an impressive second and third place finish for Honda at this year’s QRA Championship and Weston Beach Race respectively, Winrow will be joining the Honda team on Saturday afternoon (18 November) when he will be signing autographs and talking to fans.
