WOLVERHAMPTON SPEEDWAY
12 October 2004 - British Speedway Promoters Association

ELITE LEAGUE PLAY-OFF FINAL 2nd legPOOLE 63 WOLVERHAMPTON 30Aggregate: Poole 112 Wolverhampton 71

POOLE are the 2004 Skybet Elite League Champions as the Parrys International Wolves suffered a disastrous night on the South Coast to end up in the runners-up spot. The Monmore men trailed by eight points from the first leg but never looked likely to pull off a sensational comeback against a home side who fired on all seven cylinders. Each of the Pirates won at least one race, in total contrast to the visitors who managed just two heat winners all night, and only battling Swede Fredrik Lindgren rode to his ability.
POOLE: Bjarne Pedersen 12, Antonio Lindback 11+2, Ryan Sullivan 11+1, Matej Ferjan 8+2, Daniel Davidsson 8, Magnus Zetterstrom 7+2, Krzysztof Kasprzak 6+1.
WOLVES: Fredrik Lindgren 12, Mikael Max 7, Sam Ermolenko 7, Adam Skornicki
2+1, David Howe 2, Magnus Karlsson 0, rider replacement for Daniel
Nermark.
