KING''S Lynn boss Rob Lyon leads his side into the Premier League Grand Final first leg at Sheffield on Thursday with a clear target.
Lyon wants to see the Norfolk men stay within touching distance of the Tigers with the return at Lynn on Friday to decide the title.
He said: ''I know they''ll be pumped up but I believe we can keep it to within 10 points.''

SPEEDWAY 2

WORKINGTON owner Tony Mole has blasted back at the critics who are pleased to see management duo Graham and Denise Drury leave for Birmingham.
He said: ''They are both good, professional people and those who are pleased to see them go are the same people who were glad to see the back of Ian Thomas previously.
''They''ll probably also be pleased to see me go when my times comes!''
