FIRST WILD WEST ADVENTURE FOR BEN
14 June 2004 - BEN Motor & Alied Trades Benevolent Fund

BEN is to host its first Wild West party in the grounds of Lynwood, Sunninghill, Ascot on Saturday 17 July 2004. The event has been kindly sponsored by Ford. The festivities will begin at 6.00pm and all Cowboys, Cowgirls and Red Indians are welcome to attend.

A live band and the Buffalo Billy Wild Cabaret show will provide exciting entertainment and a number of activities will also be available throughout the evening including a casino, line dancing, quick draw and horse shoe throwing games, and for those of you who are brave enough there’s always the mechanical bull! Whilst dressing up is optional there will be prizes awarded for the best dressed wild westerner. Refreshments are included in the price of the ticket and consist of food from the barbeque. If you want anything stronger then a cash bar is also provided.

Tickets (to include entry and all the entertainment and activities mentioned above apart from the casino) cost just £15 each (£7 for Children under 14).

This fun filled evening offers an unusual alternative to typical corporate entertainment and therefore there are a number of hospitality packages available. These include your own personal OK Corral in which to entertain your guests, 20 tickets, barbeque and a drinks allowance at a cost of £800.

To book tickets or a hospitality package, please contact Cheryl Way, BEN Events.
