12 October 2006 - KTM-Sportmotorcycles AG
Rider package for 2007 announced
Red Bull KTM GP 125 has tied up the rider package for 2007, announcing that Julian Simon (19, Spain), Tomoyoshi Koyama (23, Japan) and the junior rider Randy Krummenacher (16, Switzerland) will all ride under the company’s “Orange” flag in the 125 class of the Motorcycle World Championships. “We are very pleased that as well as Julian Simon, Tomoyoshi Koyama signed with us during the recent Grand Prix in Japan and together with junior rider Randy Krummenacher, rounds up the team,” said KTM Road Racing Director Harald Bartol. The junior team will be integrated into the factory team in the coming season, all subject to the leadership of Harald Bartol. This will ensure that not only the material but also the riders will be optimally looked after and utilized. “By doing this we can be sure that we will be able to have a maximum amount of success with our project,'' Bartol said.
