YAMAHA MOTOR EUROPE LAUNCH END OF SEASON SPECIALS
08 October 2006 - Yamaha

Fans of the Yamaha MotoGP team, sponsored by Camel are set to snap up replica blue and yellow team wear.

Available exclusively via Yamaha’s online giftshop, the range has been launched in time for the end of the 2006 season and the Christmas period. Yamaha riders Valentino Rossi and Colin Edwards will be sporting the official yellow and blue colours in the final two races of the season.

Avid enthusiasts, intent on getting their hands on the exclusive clothing, can now order online via Yamaha Motor’s new-look giftshop at www.yamaha-motor-giftshop.com. The new range, made by Alpinestars, includes team jackets, racing sweatshirts, t-shirts and caps- all sporting the famous Yamaha racing logo.

Clever design features mean that they do not look good but feel good as well. The racing caps, for example, use the patented flexfit system that moulds the hat to your head without adjustment.

Michaela Neilson, Corporate Communications Manager for Yamaha Motor Europe, believes that fans will love the new range:

“Our branded clothing accessories have proved increasingly popular. The new blue and yellow range is ideal for Yamaha supporters to mark the end of the season. It provides a real solution for anyone struggling to find the perfect Christmas gift for a Yamaha MotoGP fan!”
Other exciting additions will be made to the online range in the coming weeks including gifts, clothing and exclusive US imports.
