FLIP-FRONT HELMET FROM VEMAR
04 October 2006 - Vemar

Vemar have updated their flip-front VXD helmet to create a product that is compact and light compared with many others of this type currently on the market.

Riders also get a choice of SEVEN sizes, all at the same attractive price.

The external shell is manufactured from Advanced Thermo Material, in 2 outer sizes to give a better balance of comfort and safety across the size range. Inside is a plush lining made from refreshing anti-allergic material, (Antimicrobial Sanitized Protection - ASP), which is removable and washable. A padded neck roll enhances comfort and helps to reduce wind noise.

Ventilation is provided via two slide-operated vents on the chin bar and two upper extractors on the crown that are push-operated for ease of use with gloved hands.

The visor is produced from 2.2 mm anti-scratch, anti-fog treated polycarbonate, with a quick-release mechanism. Vemar have developed their own One Hand Open (OHO) system for opening the front, via a central button on the chin guard. Completing the package of functional features is a quick-release buckle chinstrap closure system.

The Vemar VXD EVO helmet is approved to ECE 22.05 and is available in sizes XXS – XXL in gloss black priced at £129.99. It is also produced in unicolour titanium and silver in sizes XS – XL, also at £129.99.
