WATSON STILL IN HOSPITAL
29 September 2006 - AMA Pro Racing

David Watson, seven-time AMA Hillclimb Champion remains hospitalized from injuries sustained in an accident occurring on Sept. 24, at the Jefferson Penn., AMA National Hillclimb event.

Family friend Lorie DeBusk, speaking on behalf of David and his father Dan, said David is in stable condition though still not conscious. “Dave was moving around more this afternoon…still only his left side,” said DeBusk. “This (his recovery) will be a very slow process.”
