WATSON STILL IN HOSPITAL David Watson, seven-time AMA Hillclimb Champion remains hospitalized from injuries sustained in an accident occurring on Sept. 24, at the Jefferson Penn., AMA National Hillclimb event. Family friend Lorie DeBusk, speaking on behalf of David and his father Dan, said David is in stable condition though still not conscious. “Dave was moving around more this afternoon…still only his left side,” said DeBusk. “This (his recovery) will be a very slow process.” Anyone wishing to send cards and letters to David can send them to the following address: Dave/Dan Watson About AMA Pro Racing AMA Pro Racing is the leading sanctioning body for motorcycle sport in the United States.
