SPEEDWAY 1 SHEFFIELD skipper Andre Compton starts Sunday''s Premier League Riders'' Champion on his home track amongst the favourites to win the event. Compton, Champion in 2004, has recently returned from a shoulder injury and scored a maximum at Owlerton on Thursday. He said: ''I''ll probably be a bit more relaxed than I normally would be and I''ll just do my best and see how it goes on the day.'' SPEEDWAY 2 REDCAR captain Gary Havelock is looking to cap a successful first season with the Bears by winning Sunday''s PLRC at Sheffield. The 1992 World Champion believes that the Owlerton track will suit him and feels he should be up with the contenders.
