JASON Crump is on the verge of world championship glory after finishing runner-up to Tomasz Gollob in the Polish Grand Prix.

IPSWICH promoter John Louis has hailed his team''s achievement in reaching the play-offs - just a year after collecting the Elite League wooden spoon.
