HARLEY-DAVIDSON’S SPECIAL WEEKEND FOR CORNWALL PERRANPORTH, 2-4 JULY

For the very first time two Harley-Davidson dealerships, Riders of Bridgwater and Riders of Bristol are bringing the legendary machines to Cornwall so that budding enthusiasts can test ride them on Cornwall’s fantastic riding roads.

The dealerships will be bringing along their full range of Harley-Davidson and Buell bikes for all motorcyclists in the South West to test, including the multi award-winning V-Rod and the fully redesigned 2004 Sportsters.

Organised as part of the Great Western Harley Owners Group (HOG) chapter’s first annual rally at the Monkey Tree Holiday Park near Perranporth, the test rides will be available to anyone with a full motorcycle licence. And all are welcome to join in the fun with the chapter members for a day out for all the family.

Dave Norton, chapter director, said: “We’re really looking forward to a great weekend of all things Harley-Davidson in a family friendly setting. We’re lucky to be using the fantastic facilities of the Monkey Tree Holiday Park.”

Andy Hayman, general manager of Riders of Bridgwater, said: “As the South West doesn’t have a Harley-Davidson dealership south of our Bridgwater store, we wanted to make sure no-one was missing out on the experience of riding a motorcycling legend. We want to invite anyone from Exeter to Land’s End who is looking to try one for themselves to come and join us.”

Over 200 Harley-Davidson motorcycles from the chapter will congregate at The Monkey Tree Holiday Park with riders coming from across south west England.

The Harley-Davidson range starts with the Sportster XL883 at £5,195 and includes the multiple award-winning V-Rod at £14,095.
