FLAT TRACK EVENT CANCELLED

AMA Pro Racing has announced that the AMA Ford Quality Checked Flat Track Championship event that was scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 26, at the Bridgeport Speedway in Bridgeport, N.J., has been cancelled.
According to Bruce Bober, AMA Pro Racing Flat Track Series Manager, the promoter is unable to host the event due to a number of circumstances that have transpired this year at the track. AMA Pro Racing will to continue discussions with the promoter about possibilities for future events at Bridgeport. Round 12 of the championship will be held this Saturday, Aug. 5 at Farley Speedway’s Half-mile in Farley, Iowa About AMA Pro Racing AMA Pro Racing is the leading sanctioning body for motorcycle sport in the United States.
