SPEEDWAY 1 SIMON Stead will take over the No.1 race-jacket for Belle Vue when the Aces'' riding order changes for the month of July. The partnership of Kenneth Bjerre and Joe Screen now moves to the middle-order with James Wright going to reserve. Manager Ian Thomas said: ''I have moved Screen to No.4 to make us stronger in Heat 14 which can be a vital race towards the end of a match.'' SPEEDWAY 2 STOKE have postponed Saturday''s Premier League clash with Somerset in order to avoid a clash with the football World Cup. Promoter Dave Tattum said: ''We know that a lot of supporters are following England''s fortunes and we have taken this decision in order to save them making a choice.'' Eastbourne have elected to put their start-time of their Cup clash with Wolverhampton back by half an hour to 8pm.
