SPEEDWAY 1 ANTONIO Lindback has been ruled out of Poole''s trip to Reading on Monday after picking up a foot injury at the Danish Grand Prix. The Pirates hope that the Swede can return on Wednesday against Coventry, and have booked Adam Shields to guest at Smallmead. Poole spokesman Gordon Day said: ''There are no broken bones but he has severe bruising which has caused some swelling to his foot.'' SPEEDWAY 2 SOMERSET qualified for the semi-finals of the Premier League Knockout Cup with a stunning 53-40 win at Mildenhall for a 22-point aggregate success. Emil Kramer enjoyed a dream debut for the Rebels with a score of paid 13, and young reserve Ben Barker was in double figures too. King''s Lynn are also into the last four after overcoming Rye House over two legs, Kevin Doolan scoring 20 at Hoddesdon.
