When asked why the Triumph Daytona 675 won the prestigious 2006 Masterbike Supersport Award, journalist Jurgen Fuchs of the best selling German Motorrad magazine replied, ''Because the Daytona is very well balanced. By focusing a significant percentage of their production resources in manufacturing this spectacular sports bike, the initial demand is now under control and Triumph is pleased to announce that, as of today and in the UK only, the waiting list for this sought after motorcycle has been reduced to approximately two weeks.
