SPEEDWAY 1

BELLE Vue broke Swindon''s two year winning run in the Elite League Pairs by defeating the Robins in the Final at Blunsdon on Sunday.
Jason Crump followed up his British Grand Prix success by partnering Simon Stead to victory over Leigh Adams and Sebastian Ulamek.
Aces promoter Ian Thomas said: ''This has been a fabulous weekend for the club with victories in two major events.''

SPEEDWAY 2

RECENT Mildenhall signing Andrew Moore has quit the sport with immediate effect due to financial difficulties.
Moore was also racing for Eastbourne in the Elite League and both clubs are now considering their options for replacement riders.
Eagles co-promoter Jon Cook said: ''I have the utmost respect for Andrew''s decision. He has faced the reality of his situation and displayed great maturity in this course of action.''

SPEEDWAY 3

RYE House reserve Luke Bowen sustained a badly broken leg in a horror crash at Hoddesdon on Sunday.
Bowen was flung over the safety fence after a collision with Workington veteran Paul Thorp, who suffered a broken foot in the incident.
Bowen was due to undergo an operation on Sunday evening, and the Rockets must now cover his absence from the list of ''C'' grade reserves.
