23 May 2006 - British Speedway Promoters Association
SPEEDWAY 1 POOLE will be boosted by the quick return of world under-21 champion Krzysztof Kasprzak for their home clash with Reading on Wednesday. Kasprzak is back just a fortnight after suffering a broken collarbone after coming through a weekend fitness test. He said: ''It feels fine now and I can''t wait to get back racing in front of the Poole supporters. Thankfully I''ve only missed one match.'' SPEEDWAY 2 WORKINGTON boss Graham Drury will hold a team meeting before deciding on a revised riding order. James Wright has shot up from third to first in the new Comets averages which means he has to take the number one or five racejacket. Drury said: ''I''ll be asking the opinions of the riders before naming the new riding order, I need to know their views because it''s a big decision.''
