BREAST CANCER SURVIVORS RIDE TO LIVE IN HARLEY ADVENTURE!
UK APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN!
Breast cancer survivors are invited to join the adventure of a lifetime – riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles in a one-week adventure the length of the UK to raise funds and awareness of the cause. The ride departs from Aviemore in Scotland on 26th August and ends in London on 3rd September 2006. Amazon Heart Thunder UK is part of a global series of 1,000 mile rides for women diagnosed with breast cancer that provide a unique opportunity to share their experiences with fellow survivors, and raise funds and awareness for UK breast cancer charities. The first UK ride was held last year and raised over ₤21,600 for UK charities. This year’s ride is sponsored by Harley-Davidson who will loan all participants Harley-Davidson or Buell motorcycles for the adventure. Amazon Heart UK is now seeking applications from experienced and novice riders for this incredible adventure. Applications close on May 31, 2006.
