TG21 IN £1/2 MILLION CALL CENTRE UPGRADE
22 May 2006 - Datatool (UK) Ltd

- new 100 seat facility to meet demand-

TG21, the parent company of Datatool (the UK’s leading supplier of innovative electronic motorcycle products), has just completed a £1/2 million upgrade of its London call centre. The new one hundred-seat facility was needed due to the continued expansion of the business.

The refurbishment started in October 2005 and the call centre remained operational throughout the process. The centre was fully re-opened this month, with more capacity, additional telephone lines and upgraded IT systems.

The expansion of the call centre coincides with an expansion in Datatool’s product range, which now includes the world’s first dedicated products in navigation (TomTom Rider), tracking (Tracker’s new police backed motorcycle tracking device), GSM paging (Text-Alert) and Inforad (the first speed camera detector designed specifically for motorcycles).

The Mitcham facility houses Datatool’s customer service staff and technical advisers, providing up-to-date product information and technical help on the company’s expanding product range.
