KRZYSZTOF Kasprzak will miss Poole''s fixtures this week after X-rays confirmed that he has fractured his collarbone.

The Polish star crashed during last Wednesday''s win over Peterborough, and has now been advised not to ride for nine days.

He has been ruled out of two Pirates matches, against Wolverhampton away and at home to Ipswich, and hopes to make his comeback against Reading on May 24.

EASTBOURNE''S Brent Werner could be facing another six weeks out of action as his injured collarbone is not responding to treatment.

Werner sustained the injury over a month ago and had hoped to return next week, but may now require an operation.

Eagles co-promoter Jon Cook said: ''I''m totally gutted for Brent and the team in general, which Brent is an integral part of.''
