ARAI RACE SERVICE SUPPORTS NORTH WEST 200
09 May 2006 - Arai Helmets

The Arai Race Service will support the North West 200 for the first time this year.

Operated by UK Arai importer Phoenix Distribution the Service, started in 1984 and now in its 22nd year of supporting Arai racers, will play a crucial role in helping its riders as they compete at Northern Irelands’ premier event.

Every technician working on the Arai Race Service has undergone an extensive training programme and knows every Arai helmet inside and out. In tough road race events like the North West, helmet fit and a clear view are crucial. These essential requirements are fully taken care of by the technicians allowing the riders to focus their full concentration on the race.

And it’s not just the racers who will enjoy the support at the North West – every motorcyclist who wears an Arai will be welcomed on to the Service to get help and advice from the technicians

Commenting Race Manager John Swann said “We are really looking forward to attending the North West 200 this year. With our expanding portfolio of racers we feel it is imperative to give them support at this event”.

After the North West the Arai Service will move to Mondello Park then on to the Isle of Man where it will be situated in the race paddock for the TT fortnight.
