SUPERTRAPP ANNOUNCES NEW IDSX SLIP ON FOR ARCTIC CAT 500 4X4
02 May 2006 - SuperTrapp Industries, Inc.

SuperTrapp Industries announces a new IDSX Slip On ATV exhaust for the Arctic Cat 500, now available at dealerships nationwide.

The durable and lightweight IDSX Slip On is designed specifically for applications like the Arctic Cat - big bore utility vehicles in need of more low-end torque, with near stock sound levels. While ideal for applications such as farming, hunting and all-terrain riding, the SuperTrapp adjustable disc diffuser system allows the rider to tune the IDSX for more horsepower and sound quality at different points on the powerband by adding or subtracting diffuser discs.

“The IDSX is made tough but it doesn’t forsake the primary importance of performance,” said SuperTrapp president Kevin Berger. “ The system delivers maximum power with a pleasing, deep sound and lots of torque.”

The Slip On is all stainless steel with an internal disc design that provides excellent durability and low maintenance.

The IDSX features a 3” internal disc design that functions as a U.S.F.S.-approved spark arrestor. The internal disc design keeps mud from clogging the discs, while the extended turndown outlet keeps exhaust away from the tailgate. All stainless steel construction, including canister, head pipe and core delivers added durability.
