WOLVERHAMPTON aim to preserve their unbeaten home Elite League record when they face high-flying Reading Bulldogs at Monmore on Monday. The Bulldogs, in their first season back in the top flight of racing after a winter takeover, have an exciting team who are strongly fancied for the title. Wolves legend Sam Ermolenko is their sporting director and has played a major role in their early season success. Greg hancock, a long-time colleague of Wolverhampton''s Billy Hamill at Cradley Heath and Coventry, spearheads their challenge alongside Slovenian sensation Matej Zagar and Danish world cup star Charlie Gjedde. Wolves man Ronnie Correy said: ''We can''t afford to lose any home meetings, we have to keep a good record going. ''It''s all about what happens in the play-offs in September but I''m quite excited about riding in this Wolverhampton team, we have the potential to do well.''
