SPEEDWAY 1

KING''S LYNN are urging supporters to arrive as early as possible for Wednesday''s British Under-21 Final with a crowd of around 3,000 expected.

Gates open at 2pm for practice and pre-meeting entertainment, with the showpiece event itself starting at 7.30pm.

Co-promoter Jonathan Chapman said: ''We are expecting our biggest crowd for some time, and there is a lot of interest in the meeting.''

SPEEDWAY 2

BERWICK have parted company with No.1 Adrian Rymel after a below-par start to the season for both rider and club.

The Bandits expect to announce the identity of the Czech''s replacement before their weekend clash with Redcar.

Promoter Peter Waite said: ''We owe Adrian a big vote of thanks for the hundreds of points he''s scored for us and we wish him well for the future.''
