DUCATI GRANDSTAND AT MUGELLO
09 April 2006 - Ducati Marlboro Team

On June 4, 2006, the Ducati Marlboro Team will take to the track, as ready as ever for the only Italian stop in the MotoGP Championship on the Mugello Circuit, a shrine to motorcycling worldwide.

n 2005, more than 3000 Ducatisti filled the Correntaio curve with their passion for the “Reds of Borgo Panigale”. Famous for its spectacular views of the Tuscan track, the Correntaio curve has become the heart of Ducati at Mugello. For 2006, Ducati fans again have the opportunity to join the fun: three days at Mugello supporting the Ducati MotoGP riders and becoming part of the history of Ducati. The Desmodromic Club of Rome will again lead the fan choreography during the races. As if that isn''t enough, there is a huge screen right in front of the Grandstand so that you can be sure you won’t miss any of the action around the circuit.

The Ducati Grandstand tickets come with a Ducati Welcome Kit (Ducati cap, T-shirt and other exclusive gadgets), a reserved Ducati parking area for your motorcycle and the opportunity to not only watch, but also meet the Ducati riders. On June 3rd, the Ducati MotoGP riders, Loris Capirossi and Sete Gibernau, accompained by a very special guest, Miss Italia 2005, Cristina Chiabotto, will take a trip to the stands to visit with their fans.

Ducati Grandstand ticket holders should enter the Mugello Circuit through the Palagio entrance – this is also where the Ducati Welcome Kits will be distributed and the way to access the Ducati parking area.

The Ducati Grandstand ticket costs 165 euros and is valid for the qualifying sessions on Friday and Saturday, June 2 and 3, and the race on Sunday, June 4. It can be bought at the Ducati Online Shop at www.ducati.com (the ticket price include mailing fees) and also from Italian Ducati Stores and Dealerships, through official Italian Ducati Clubs, at the Ducati Shop in the Bologna Airport, and at the Ducati Shop in Borgo Panigale. More information can be had calling (+39) 051-6413735 or faxing (+39) 051-6413268 or emailing shop@ducati.com.
